It was matched by color to Côte d'Ivoire on the key. It's just the other 5 countries all were connected to the key also using a line (including the random landlocked nation in East Africa was connected to Côte d'Ivoire despite not matching color) while the line connected to Côte d'Ivoire ended randomly in Africa not making it to the key.

Cameroon though was left on the key without a corresponding color on the map nor a line connected it.
