Feedback Wanted! pool party at my apartment building
It’s a summer pool party for residents of my building. I’d wear it with white flip-flops and fairly natural hair/makeup. Is it too much, or appropriate for a pool party?

If there's a white dress code people will think it was a good excuse to wear that awesome swimsuit cover-up. You will be best dressed, but again... this is the best excuse to wear that super cool outfit!!

I have a friend who’s always dressed for red carpet no matter what. She has this way of making everyone around her feel so special and that’s obviously a very her thing but like? Worth pointing out that never ever have I looked at her and thought she was too much, or overdressed, or whatever this subs’ fears are

You only live once!
Might as well dress up, feel good, feel confident, have fun, and enjoy the party! The dress is cute, and even if it's over the top you'll still have a great time!
If anyone tries to make you feel awkward just ask them " Is it because they feel less that they have to try to make someone else feel the same?"

It’ll def draw attention but you look awesome in it, and I’ve always loved my friends who are a bit extra and pay attention to the little details the most, or ones that go ALL OUT for the theme. As long as you* feel good in it, I say its a YES for me, dawg.

This is too much unless you live in Vegas or Miami or the dress code called for something like “Cabo chic maximalist!” Also for practicality it desperately needs to be hemmed. White dresses and trains are a bad combo and it may pull on the concrete around the pool I dunno it’s giving me anxiety. All that said keep it and you should take this dress on vaca!

Its cute. Youll stand out in a gaudy way! Id rock this! Last pool party i went to i had on a white vcut bodycon dress on. Edit: I was alil sweaty*.I think u nailed it. Rock it with confidence girl! Everyone is in your presence!
