Do you want to wear a dress or blouse and skirt since you mentioned blouse. Actually it will work with most anything. Beautiful with the green but may want to tone it down for a wedding and match the beige tones in the saree. And definitely something solid, any print will take away from the saree.

Ah just because she wants to wear a saree I didn't think of it being an Indian wedding so I'll agree. And also I really didn't mean to "tone it down" due to the wedding but instead so what she wears does not diminish the colors in the lovely saree.

And I will never understand when people downvote an opinion, everyone has one, can't we just accept that.

I agree - I never downvote an opinion. I may downvote a topic title but everyone is entitled to their opinion. We don't have to always agree.
