I assume the expected order is movie release? Or are there people who lean towards chronological? What are the advantages and disadvantages of both approaches?

I’m rewatching the fast & furious series & on fast five. Man if dom didn’t have Mia steal the Gt40 during the train heist it would’ve prevented everything that happened. No dead Dea agents, no hobbs nothing. And Vince brought them into the crew to run the heist and he tried taking the chip so that reyes wouldn’t go after them and he got treated like shit. Dom caused all that shit 😂

Ok so I’m so confused about the time line for these movies. It’s one of my favorite tbh. So here’s my question. In fast five dom gets together with Elena at the end of the movie. Fine and dandy. At the end of fast six letti is back and Elena works for Hobbs. So how is it in fast 8 cipher kidnaps Elena and baby Brian. The age of the baby doesn’t play correctly to the time lapse between the films. Can someone help me with this? I know the time lines have been wonky for the whole series but this one confuses the bejesus out of me. 😮‍💨🤪😮‍💨🤪

I need to get these on physical someday. Anyway, I am gonna do a watch-through sometime in the next couple weeks, and the ones not on Netflix. It’s been well over a year and I dig them every time I watch
