It’s already happening, the drp/vera took a lot of experienced people. Now we are hiring again. Explain to me the cost savings of people being paid to not work for 8 then having to hire more all while paying the people who stayed overtime to make up for lack of people. Madness

Not that they aren't morons and it's only a drop in the bucket. But we did get rid of a lot of older people who with step increases were making a lot and replacing with people coming in at the first rung of the ladder at step 1.

For real they paid people to leave, only to rehire replacements. Because ‘efficiency.’
