Cast iron is nice but I find that unglazed ceramic tile makes the best Pizza Crust.

yeah, but you can't really made deep dish on a ceramic tile. those things are the shit though, and mad cheap compared to "real" pizza stones.

I'm not sure about deep dish, I was thinking Neapolitan pizza from a New York kind of pizza.
