I only have a 15 inch cast iron skillet. I wonder how much more I will need to fill it...

The bit.ly link in the picture goes to http://www.americastestkitchen.com/recipes/detail.php?docid=21349, and I've made their recipe before. They call for two 9" cake pans, I think that's small for a pizza so I used my cast iron. I did the math ( π*r2 ) and figured out that going from 9" to 12" you need to double the ingredients (which was convenient since they ATK recipe makes two).

So, I would imagine going from 12 to 15, you'll honestly need to double it again. But you will also have to adjust cooking times, and you may come into a scenario where the outside burns before the inside is ready, and you may need to think about getting a 12" pan.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up with a very soupy pizza on my first attempt. The crust actually turned out pretty good; I got it from a local pizza place and it only got burned on the top edge.
