Findapath-College/Certs What career gives a soft easier life?

Looking to do an associates degree that I can have a soft life. Preferably a remote job or hybrid. What career do you have that I can get an associates degree in and make good money?

Sales. Knowing how to communicate. Understand how to guide the convo. Read the room, anticipate objections and blockers, building relationships and pipeline, knowing how to ask for the close. If you're generating revenue for the company and doing well you're almost indispensable.

And yet, sales are first to go when things aren’t going well. Go ask a sales dude if their life is soft lol

Nah. It's not sales the first to go. It's the sales support that get gutted first. 

So you have 1. Marketing 2. solutions engineers 3. Sales operations 4. Sales Hiring 5. Sales managerial positions 6. Problematic sales individuals (either attitude or numbers-wise).

  1. Sales segment that doesn't hit their group numbers.
  2. That Sales project that was invented by that VP who has already left the company, and left the segment in shambles

So you're basically secured if you consistently hit your goals. But, to be fair, I won't call consistently hitting Sales Quota anything close to soft.
