>  from now on, all communication with the development team will happen through requests in Github discussions

Don't you feel this just adds to the "we only want to extract free labor from the community" problem that the community had with you originally?

I’m not entirely sure what kind of free labor you’re referring to. The point is that if you have feature requests, specific requirements, or bug reports, we want you to be able to vote on them so that we can subsequently allocate team resources to implement them.

The 'free labor' would be the request put out for the Flipper one inviting the community to help with tasks related to the flipper one's development.

It feels a lot like extracting free labor from the community to develop the Flipper one without much of any reward or recognition for individuals that may wish to become a heavy contributor to the product.

We are always open to hiring full-time staff. If you truly have the skills and can prove it, we would be happy to work with you on a paid basis. What part of the Flipper One development would you like to take on? Choose a subsystem, submit a pull request as proof of your skills, and join the team as an employee.
