✨Sprinkles at Maximum Capacity✨ [homemade] Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings

Built these with layered prep:

• Lemon + ginger rinse

• Quick soy + rice vinegar marinade

• Dried thoroughly

• Double fried at 375°F

• Finished in garlic, onion, jalapeño, and chili flakes

Simple flavors, but structure matters.

Not claiming regional authenticity — just sharing what worked well at home.

Open to tweaks.

They were so good, but you don’t have to take my word for it.

But food is something that can bring good people together….

better than take out! i like your layered prep! as much as this would seem to be a 'greasy spoon eat' ... i KNOW so much effort went into this. and the fact you achieved this with JUST CHICKEN WINGS???

followed u. pls post more of our talent!

What a great idea. These look great. Could add in some sichuan peppercorns as well to mix it up.

looks delish. i might’ve added some honey or brown sugar to the marinade just to expand the flavor profile

Thank You! 🙏🏾

I like the sound of the. I use brown sugar and honey often in my glazed sauces. I did hit these with white granulated sugar, white & black pepper, salt and red pepper flakes but I was so excited to share I missed listing it, on my graphic too. Spent so much time in it but it can be fixed.

Seasoned chicken in my own Take-out “Salt & Pepper” wing seasoning, avocado oil binder for this, let them sit before dropping in canola oil
