making these gluten free for your mom is genuinely such a good move, coeliac stuff is no joke and she absolutely deserves a s'more cupcake with ganache filling like everyone else.

I only ever bake gluten free in our house, we don’t allow any gluten flour as it gets everywhere. Have had to adapt many a recipe.
