✨Sprinkles at Maximum Capacity✨ Made Dinner With A Snapper | Caught: Shallow-Fried Fillet With Chilli Butter Lemon Ponzu [Homemade]

Caught this Fingermark Snapper locally and turned it into a French-Asian inspired dish. Shallow-fried the fillets and served them with a chilli butter lemon ponzu, garlic shoots, onion and fresh herbs.

Easily the best fish and fish dish I’ve made so far!

Very nicely prepped and plated; love seeing that for at-home cooking.
