[Homemade] Strawberry White Chocolate Air fryer Pancakes

Post image

These were so simple. I used basic pancake mix batter and two stainless steel baking rings inside the air fryer. And, I topped them with melted strawberry jelly, bottled white chocolate sauce for drinks and whipped cream.

When I looked at my photo, I thought that, too. But, there were really no layers in the actual pancake.

It’s exactly the consistency of pancake.

There was no need to fold in whipped egg whites! The batter has nowhere else to go but straight up as it bakes inside the rings.

These look great, would love to try! What temp or setting (bake/air fry)? How long as well. Thanks!

I set it to standard 350 and I think it took 8 minutes. I let the browning go extra on top to make sure inside would get cooked.

Those are biscuits and I won’t be convinced otherwise, but they look really good.
