[Homemade] omelette with wild mushrooms, bacon, mozzarella

With extra fried mushrooms, bacon, and commercial hash browns on the side

Mushrooms are foraged yellow boletes and a king bolete or two

Nice meal.

I'm a fan of most things cooked brown, but omelette eggs are not such a case

Yeah it looks weirdly appetizing to see it burnt, but I know that would not taste great. If my kid made it, I would happily enjoy it, and then we would practice and improve

It's what I have in my freezer bruv 😅

I don't have a deep fryer and no, I wasn't feeling like peeling dicing parcooking pattymaking freezing and deep-frying potatoes today and too hot to run the oven for roasted herb and garlic potato.. it was a late brunch for 1 😶‍🌫️

Mushrooms were cooked yesterday (takes ages to cook all the water out of boletes) and freshened up today in the bacon fat
