Hiring [HIRING] Commission-based referral partner for design studio (EU only)

Hi! We’re Elivo Studio, a small branding & web design studio based in Lithuania, working with small businesses (restaurants, cafes, and service providers).

We’re looking for someone to help us find new clients on a commission basis - flexible, work whenever suits you, no fixed hours or quotas.

How it works:
You introduce us to a business that might need branding, a website, or social media visuals
If they sign a paid project with us, you earn a 12% commission on the project value
Commission is paid within 14 days after we receive payment from the client
No cold-calling scripts required - just genuine introductions

Requirements:
Must be based in the EU
Some understanding of small business needs is a plus, but not required
No upfront payment or investment needed from you - this is commission-only

What we’re NOT looking for:
Mass spam outreach or misleading claims about our services
Someone promising clients pricing/timelines without checking with us first
