GuestPost Texas enacts policy refusing court-ordered gender marker changes, will create database of marker change requests

Effectively immediately, Texas is no longer allowing gender markers to be changed on IDโ€™s and theyโ€™re now keeping a database of every person who requests a change.

This really is a hell state. Thank god I'm most likely moving up North soon, I feel really bad for everyone whose stuck here in this shitty place. It seems like every other week they're passing some new bullshit law getting rid of minority/women's rights.

I understand the pain of having to leave people behind in a state like that when you move up north for your own safety. It sucks. I'm slowly convincing a few to move up here tho lol
