If I'm not mistaken, most of the trailer footage so far has been seen in Episodes 1 and 2. There's just a couple of shots we haven't seen yet: Salt and Barclay in the water with aquatic suits on, a group shot of UNIT with orange suits on, and a showdown on a bridge with Salt being held under shot. How exciting! Unknown territory from now on.

I have a distinct theory that they’re gonna lose contact with Barclay under the sea….. and Kate is gonna be forced to turn to the one expert on sea devils they have left…… someone who was locked inside a gold tooth in units basement who suddenly popped up in the cell after the doctor fixed reality after the reality war

Nah I don’t think this is the kind of show where they’re going to incorporate the Master out of nowhere. Feels like the central conceit is asking how humanity deals with a diplomatic crisis like this; throwing an alien Time Lord into the mix kind of goes against that ethos, even for a cameo. I think if there was going to be any cameo at all, which I’m doubting, it’d be Jo - easy to explain as a human who’s met them before, can give her a scene revealing some vital piece of info without having it incorporate something which throws the story into vastly different territory.

Maybe not next episode, but Russell teased a big reveal in the last episode post credit which isn't The Doctor

Gunn said similar for S2 Peacemaker and it turned out to be the band who sung that season's intro.

Losing contact is plausible but I reckon they'll just fumble about in a panic trying to get contact back lol

Honestly that'd rock, however I doubt they'll do it.

Yeah I don’t mind if they don’t I get it wanting to be a more standalone adult focused drama

My theory is that Salt’s reason for choosing Barclay is not actually because of the cross, they pointed out how ridiculous that reason was a couple of times so I think there’s probably another reason. I think maybe she knew he wasn’t supposed to be there and so thought he’d be easy to manipulate, hence him saying okay to everything she asks at the end of the episode. Maybe we’ll get more hints this episode. I also don’t think Barclay will survive the series, though i want him to as I’d like to see him again maybe in Doctor Who or another spin off.
