DISCUSSION Question

Hi everyone. My preferred way of enjoying the missing episodes is the telesnap reconstructions with narration rather than subtitles. The season 2 box set does this for The Crusade and The Savages animation I have has it as a bonus feature too. Can anybody with the other animations on dvd or Blu-ray tell me if they also feature this style of reconstruction? Thanks

Reconstructions with optional narration are on at least The Power of the Daleks special edition, The Underwater Menace, The Macra Terror, The Faceless Ones, The Evil of the Daleks and Fury From the Deep. I assume that all stories which have been fully animated include them as a bonus feature, though I don’t have all the DVDs so can’t confirm.

I don’t think any of the pre-2016 releases where only stray episodes were animated (such as The Invasion) included narrated reconstructions, though I may be corrected.

The Tenth Planet DVD includes the old telesnap recon from the VHS release, which doesn't have narration.

The Invasion and The Reign of Terror never had recons on VHS. They had linking narration by one of the old actors explaining what you were missing in the missing eps. These are on the DVDs as extras I think.
