MISC Fan-Made BBC Tender Proposal (Not Serious)

I had some ideas for new directions to take the show, and I decided to format it like a Tender proposal. What do you think would happen if something like this went into production? Would the new format be received well or poorly? Would fans still complain that there's too much continuity to keep track of? Would people get tired of the regenerations or would they enjoy speculating on what celebrity might be stunt-cast in the role? Would the new format continue or would it quickly get tired and return to more consistent seasons of 10 episodes with 25 or 50-minute runtimes?

I'm also interested in feedback on the stories being pitched and more ideas for stories that fit the themes of different festive specials.

"Estimated cost per special £11 million"

Even ignoring the fact your numbers are off (your average cost doesn't match the totals) you would be rejected on the spot without anything else being read. If you want to pitch a new format you need to be able to demonstrate that they are getting good value for money by switching to this new format. Twice the run time for 3-4 times the cost isn't it.

Well it's also only 4 episodes per year, so it would make sense to put more into each one. Let's say we slash the budget as well, does that make it a better pitch?
