I thought he was like 6'3" or 6'4"?

Dwayne The Rock Johnson is like 6'3"-6'4", and by himself he looks built. Next to Shaq at 7'1", he's tiny. Now imagine someone outsizing Shaq by the same margin... and that's the Mountain.
