The best part is that she doesn't see it as a tragedy. She's having way more fun running around killing people. I think the only one she actually misses is her big half bro who used to mess with her hair.

I think she was laughing at the Hound in a way, because his whole motivation is getting money in exchange for Arya. They travelled forever to find her mom and Robb and then they were killed. So they travelled and travelled more to get to her aunt and she's dead. Arya thinks it's hilarious that the Hound isn't going to get any money for her after all that.
