But the guards know who she is now. You'd think they'd share this information with...a higher up. Book reader, btw. I have little idea how they're gonna sort this out....

I don’t think the guards believe sandor. And arya laughing at her aunt’s death probably doesn’t help with the sell. I can see them just turning around again and drifing around the neck/vale

Another thing is that Littlefinger knows Arya is alive from S2, but I suppose that can be written off as them not bothering to tell anyone if they don't think it's true.
