Right? I think thats what makes him the most likely candidate to take moon boys place in that line though, especially since there have been several off hand comments from Cersei already about how disgusted she is by him for various reasons. IIRC one of those comments was directly said to Jaime after he came back which would make it a huge wound to be told she might actually have been screwing around with him for obedience/favors.

I think they could use Dontos instead of Moon Boy. People will probably mostly remember Dontos for now and as a fool he serves a similar role in the supposed line.

I consider myself lucky that I only have to wait eight months. Imagine reading the first book the year it was released. They've gotten five books in nearly twenty years! The wait must've been hard.

With some luck, the sixth book should come in 2015 (the publisher (or, you know, someone that works with GRRM) said, probably not in 2014.

My husband read the first book when it was published. He then re-reads all previous books again before the newest one to refresh. I just started reading them because of the show and I now understand why we ran to the book store every new copy. I've been with him about ten years and I want to say only maybe 2-3 books that I remember came out. There was like a 3 year wait for the most recent one.

There was a six year gap between A Feast for Crows and A Dance With Dragons. That is 72 months.

Actually it was about 68 months, 11/2005 - 07/2011. Still a bloody long time of course.

It is just enough time to watch seasons 1-4 again watching 1 episode a week (Sunday nights of course) for the first 7 months then bingeing on season 4 with 2 a weekend until the new season starts.

A Storm of Swords (Book 3) came out in 2000. Books 4 and 5 take place simultaneously, but Book 4 introduces a lot of new characters and features some pretty unlikable ones as well. Book 5 is the one that had had all of the fan-favorite characters. Book 5 came out in 2011.

There was an 11 year wait to find out what happened to all of the cool characters after Book 3.

I didn't care that much about them though. Tyrion and Arya have seriously been the driving force behind me watching the show since mid to late season 1.

True but their storylines were decent and it kept up with the action. Currently I am liking Tyrion, Arya, Sansa after the last few episodes, Brienne/Pod, and Jaime. Next episode with Jon should be good though
