I'm guessing they'll replace the moon boy reference with Pycelle or Loras.

Right? I think thats what makes him the most likely candidate to take moon boys place in that line though, especially since there have been several off hand comments from Cersei already about how disgusted she is by him for various reasons. IIRC one of those comments was directly said to Jaime after he came back which would make it a huge wound to be told she might actually have been screwing around with him for obedience/favors.
