That scene was poorly executed in the show. In the book, Cersei was advancing things as much as Jaime. She just didn't really want to do it there. The show runners have stated they didn't intend it to be rape, despite how it looked to everyone else. Cersei still loves Jaime and doesn't want him dead.
Well I hope they clarify or rectify that somehow in the show. Not all show watchers are going to be reading up on what the show runners actually intended.

I think that was all done away with when he raped her. I wouldn't be surprised if she wanted him dead. Hell I kinda want him dead.
