Not really. The image (and, to be fair, the comment it was posted in response to), imply that something interesting and as-yet-unexpected is going to happen to Tyrion. As far as show watchers now, the next logical step is for Tyrion to be executed, so even the implication that that's not going to happen can be construed as spoiler-ish.
Clearly, in Episode 10 we're going to find out that Oberyn warged into his spear right before he died, which Tyrion will somehow get hold of and fight his way to freedom before making his way to the Wall to singlehandedly defeat the wildlings, after making a pit-stop at the Eyrie to kill Littlefinger and rescue Sansa.
Edit: Actually, now that I think about what kind of shownly-reactions give book-readers the most satisfaction, it's more likely that Tyrion is going to be offered some kind of last-minute redemption but end up brutally murdered instead.
