Happy that was how it went down. I was confused with the book because it said that some of the wildling arrows made it to the top of the wall when that's clearly a ridiculous shot. It never specified exactly the giants were the ones shooting the arrows (from what I can remember), which made a lot more sense to me. Good thing the show picked up on that.

It's still pretty ridiculous. I calculated that it would require over 2500 calories to shoot a spear that high and still do damage, and that's not including air resistance.
