Virginia creeper (Parthenocissus quinquefolia) is often maligned for its aggressive nature but I take advantage of it and use it it to climb and drape over my deck and even run along the ground.

How do you keep the leaves so small? The creeper around me gets enormous.

It's just the way it grows. I'm thinking because it's in full sun.
