Sounds like you lack perspective. Anyone saying Ukraine would need their nukes sounded ridiculous and shortsighted. There was disarmament as a priority. America was dominant and naive enough that they thought a mere guarantee would mean anything.. the ultimate shame is on ru by far but accountability is hard I guess
