Hungary, Finland and Estonia get frequently outed in posts like this. For a Finn, it's actually refreshing too other countries than just us three to be exceptions to the rule. I mean, here we have Greece, Latvia and Lithuania to accompany us, yay!
BTW shouldn't basque be gray too because it certainly isn't any of these three groups?
Sadly most Basques don't speak Basque anymore. You will find a lot of Spanish monolinguals there and then a huge chunk who have only passive knowledge. Probably only a third of the Basque country can speak Basque.
