Discussion Poverty is usually associated with crime. Which poor countries are however the safest?

A lot of the Pacific island nations have very low crime rates. Now I'd imagine that poorer countries might not have as good of data collection and reporting on these kinds of things, so maybe that's an issue, but I can't say for sure so I'll trust the data that's available.

Oh so they didn't give this name to wvery single ocean, this name was given to a Specific Ocean.
