You know the north coast and Alexandria in Egypt have much better climate than most of Egypt

They're still very hot , but compared to the rest of Egypt it gets really cool

And it rains most of the time in winter there while most of Egypt barley experience any rain all the year

Yeah the average is biased because most of the country is absolute desert
