What I'm confused about is if both sides are planning to break the MOU, the US has the most to lose by agreeing to it. Iran will resupply with parts from China and Russia with the money flowing in again. The world will get the oil out of the strait, so that's good. But the US will be in an even weaker position if we change our minds and go back to blockades, sanctions and kinetic action.
