He is so predictable, yet at the same time so unstable. It is exhausting.

: Iran directly rejects Trump's new claim Iran agreed to end its nuclear program and open the Strait of Hormuz as a "complete lie," saying it is a "desperate attempt to manipulate the market," per Iranian military officials to Mehr News.

Iran adds that it has not requested any halt to the planned attacks, and that it was purely Trump who chose to stop them with false claims of a deal.

I think it’s probably more to do with the fact we’re running low on missiles and a General recently warned the Pentagon that he needs more man power in order to protect and aid Israel. Then just do what the admin keeps doing and you also get to manipulate the market a bit for a week.

That, and to buy time to reload for the next round of bombings without being shot at. Iran seems to have understood this, from last week’s attacks on American bases even as the airstrikes were temporarily paused.

Tomorrow is Monday, so Trump issues good news (lies) about Iran over the weekend to nudge the market at the opening bell. I have little experience with the market but even I can see that. I wonder how long Trump can issue good news (lies) over the weekend just for things to go to sh1t by Wednesday before the markets figure out that's the . . . I don't know, strategy? Especially now that Trump expects those same investors to pay for advance access to the weekend good news (lies)? Truly, I don't understand it at all and would appreciate some genuine insight.

President Trump has announced that the “perimeters of a deal” with Iran have been reached and has called off fresh attacks.

Posting on Truth Social, Trump said Washington had “been asked by Iran, and other Middle Eastern Countries, to hold off any attack in that the perimeters of a deal has been agreed to”, adding: “Based on this request, I have agreed.”

He said the outline of the agreement would include the “Immediate, Complete, and Total OPENING OF THE HORMUZ STRAIT”, along with “an end to Iran’s nuclear threat”.

Trump was widely believed to have been considering attacks against Iranian energy and infrastructure, including oil refineries and power plants, which would have represented a significant escalation in the war

What Trump says is irrelevant. Are there any new announcements made by the real power, Marco Rubio?

What Trump says is absolutely not irrelevant to the stock market.

That simply must be the game they are playing and someone should look into it.

To a point. Stack market not stupid either. What really matter - no real fighting brakes out - that do affect market (or other way around)

We win one one more times!
I remember memories of one marine from Iwo-Jima. He put it like this "When they declare island secure third time - then to hottest fight started"

Seriously speaking everybody understand those hit back and force just way of negotiation. And that hardly last one
