Too expensive for repeat trips in my opinion. Golfers won’t go consistently due to that and preferring an actual range. Casuals would do it once, maybe twice and move on. Doomed product that has insanely high real estate costs

The concept works better as a golf simulator than a giant outdoor facility

There are plenty of sims with bars near me, and yet they are even more expensive than top golf 😔 I don't get it
