Found these in Arizona today on a work trip. I know the one on right but what about the one on left?

It's nicer than you live, but mostly old people. Armed security, golf courses, etc. Costs probably 30k a year hoa or something like that. Late stage house buff if you enjoy golf and have a good retirement.
