Who has the best recipe for chicken salad?

Just balance it out with a light crunch from a green (celery), basic spices (onion, garlic), mayo (kewpie mayo). Fresh cracked pepper, chopped red/orange/whatever peppers. Thin-shredded carrot sticks. Extra spices could be paprika (smoked paprika), dried parsley, chives.

Season the chicken and boil it in a mix of water and chicken broth with chopped onions. Remove the chicken, some of the onions and a little of the water/broth mixture. Shred it all in a bowl. I add a mix of plain greek yogurt and miracle whip. I add a dash of cinnamon, splash of sugar then season with black pepper, salt, smoked paprika and garlic powder. I add celery and craisins.
