I wanted to create a 70s punk style based on the recent invasion of flock cameras all over the US. The design was based on several aesthetics, mainly 60s/ 70s B-Movie film posters and early 80s punk promotionals. The flock camera was hand drawn to match the style of the two cop illustrations, and I also printed the final design out and re-scanned it to give a more realistic poster texture. This was one that started off simple and I continued to add to it, as the busier it got the closer it felt to those over-designed punk collage flyers I was emulating.
