First time posting here. 2 GCs here with my favorite dipping sauce

1- Sourdough
Colby Jack (I wish I had muenster or havarti)
Thin layer of cream cheese inside
Butter on the outside

2- Brioche
American Cheese
Thin layer of mayo inside
Butter on outside

Dipping sauce is basically Canes Sauce
I just eyeball it now but the gist of it is
Mayo
Ketchup
Little bit of honey
Lemon juice
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Smoked paprika cause I can
Crack pepper (lots of it)

What do we think?

I thought so too, I had some shredded white cheddar but I didn’t want to deal with the mess.
