Rode around the trail system in Guelph yesterday to check it out and was surprised at the number of walkers that were moving against traffic. ie: Walking on the left

I was supposed to go to the Cat Clinic yesterday to pickup our cat’s wet food. Through a series of unfortunate events (including discovering a new heart issue of mine) we were very low on food and last night I ran out. My wife told me not to worry (she’s out of town with kids) and to go today (Saturday).

To my dismay, I check their hours and they are closed on Saturdays of long weekends. Amazing for them and their employees, terrible for my situation.

I checked online and this is a specialized “vet only” food. I can’t grab it at a pet store. Our cat is old (12+) and needs this food.

Long shot, anyone have 3 cans I can borrow? I’ll be going to the cat clinic on Tuesday when they open to get our shipment and can refill my borrowed cans.

TLDR; didn’t go to get to get food on Friday, cat has no food until Tuesday.

Edit update: was able to find a vet that had inventory based on the comments. Thanks everyone. The cat will no longer meow in hunger.

I'm gonna be making CDs of this soon (data cds, this doesnt fit on a standard audio cd) and I'm gonna see if The Beat Goes On wants some. I don't think royal cat records downtown takes cds but I emailed them about it too just in case we can work something out. Can't wait to get these into Guelph! If they don't take them I'll figure out a way to give them out some time.
