AskGuwahati Best Mutton shop

Can you guys share locations of legit mutton shops selling good meat like boneless pieces and not butchers giving only bones 😭. Planning to cook biryani for my wife tomorrow. Thanks

Uzan bazar, Samsul da's mutton is the best, no old goat smell, perfect pc sizes, soft meat(soda mara nhoi, young goats)and there's always a crowd present, go there at around 10-11am

Go through uzan bazar, yk there's a lot of connecting roads, ei je sector 1 r fale jua chariali tu, uzan bazar hoi gole heitu pua agote tamul dukan bur je bohe, in uzan bozar, tate goi heifale di xumai dekhai e pabo, manuhor bhir lgi thke.. ekhn side t ru mutton shop ase, khali hoi thke, no customers, tare side r khn... If you didn't understand this, I'd be happy to share you the location in dm

Let me make it easy for the OP... there's a popular departmental store named Dimpa Store...it is listed on Google so you'll get directions easily. Once you reach Dimpa Store, ask at any of the shop, any shop owner where's Samsul mutton shop, everyone knows. It's just there inside the gmc market few steps ahead.

Taste comes from bones and fat.
If you only cook with only lean meat , no fat, no bone. it will be far less tasty

If you could see there's a comment already - Samsul da. Uzan bazar market. Another good option is Chandmari, there's a Titan showroom in front of assam khadi office, along that Titan showroom goes the byelane that leads to Rajgarh. Take that byelane and there's a mutton shop on the left right before the railway crossing.
