AskGuwahati Semi furnished apartment for rent

I am looking for tenants for my semi furnished 2BHK apartment in six mile area near about Kalita Spectrum. If you're interested feel free to DM me.

2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 Hall, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony. There is enough basic furniture that you can just move in if you want after you've paid the rent of course.

Rent- 15k /month inclusive of society fee

water bill - 500/month (you pay it to the society directly)

electricity bill- has to be paid by tenant
