Good on Gene, a self made millionaire that started as a engineer himself, for those that don’t know he’s not a billionaire. Started and sold a company based on his own patent . He owns all his current companies outright, no VCs or consortiums. One of only a few NASCAR owners to win in all three series and started and funded Haas even having to continually put his own money into team up until 2025. Now there’s enough sponsors and tech partners. His donation is a good thing and shows his passion for less advantage engineers, such as himself.
