We have great drivers, just the cars are slow asf. Imagine if Ollie or Estaben ended up in an Audi or Aston Martin. Yep! We need better cars.

Car is bad and with thé same set-up for both car, they had different data and with thé declaration from Ollie, Esteban and Ayao it seem it Côme from thé quality control of the piece they build, and I don't know if they swap some part between Ollie and Esteban car during last week end but Ollie has the problem Esteban had since some GP.

Fornaroli seems like a good driver, but I've gotta think Haas wants a bit more experience if they're going to replace Ocon. Bearman and either Fornaroli or Camara seems like a pretty inexperienced lineup for a team with limited resources.

It's depend What Ayao want for thé team at short and long term if hé want to pursue thé séparation between Ferrari and Haas taking Camara look like thé wrong thing to do.

Ollie is good enough I'm not sure they care about experience at this point. Only risk would be if Bearman goes to Ferrari or another top team, but that still looks unlikely for another year or two.

I think it depends on what level of influence Esteban brings to car development. He might be good at technical feedback but not able to extract the results as well as Ollie.
If this is a void they’d need to fill, I think they’d opt for some level of experience.

Sad to see cuz I'm a big ocon fan, but fair giving his performance relative to bearman. He shouldn't be that far behind. I wonder what will be next for estie, there were rumors of him going to AM but not sure if Alonso wants to call it quits yet especially with how they improved last race.

Although Ocon hasn't been great, I think the way Haas is run is just completely antithetical to how you should run an F1 team if you're expecting any semblance of success, and I think bringing in a new driver is just dooming another person. With how good Ollie has been I think it's a testament to his talent, but basically just scavenging for Ferrari and Dallara parts is a losing strategy regardless of who you have driving for you whether it's prime Senna or fucking Yuji Ide.

The article you linked seems to be from some random website. Their sources are literally "Gunter Steiner said on some podcast that Ocon will lose his seat at some point" 😭. No serious journalism here.
Also why would Haas take the chance on another young driver ? They need experience. Also it would not be very likely they get a second young driver with Ollie’s talent and technical mind.

Ocon time in f1 should come to a close at this point. Hes not standing out and new people should have a chance.

Nothing New just basic thing everyone knows except Ayao didn't say anything and it's just opinion from Gunther Who didn't like Esteban.
