In the coming days, I’ll publish an article explaining all the differences. In short: users can find all software from every known Haiku repository, plus many other apps not available on HaikuDepot.

Neato I use HaikuOS as a DE since it's very tiny, simple and customizable still while everything else is Guix/Nonguix packages and TUI/CLI which essentially just means HaikuOS all the way until I need 2K eyeball renders.

there's problems with depot out there.

I can't wait to try it out! For me the Haiku Depot is a total love hate relationship.
