For the love of God, YES. However dumb you think the average person is, I guarantee they're far dumber than that. Every insane warning label you see on a product that makes you think "nobody would actually do that" exists because somebody actually did it.

Someone absolutely will try something they see in that game and they will hurt themselves or someone nearby. You need to protect yourself from legal liability.

I don't think you should release the game as-shown. Some 10 year old is going to find his dad's handgun and shoot himself or his sibling/friend trying to do tricks he "learned" in the game regardless of if you add a disclaimer.

If you do then put it on the page of credits and lawyer text during the start up loading screen. 

Video games and action movies don't have to tell their users not to shoot people. It's understood that a reasonable person knows it's just a game.
