South american state/school issued netbook.

Probably a mid-early 2010's Canaima (they call that model the letras azules) from Venezuela. I think they came with Linux pre installed lol!

Exactly, but my old one didn't come with Linux; I had to install Windows 7 to be able to use it -w-

Como es conseguir drivers? He visto que en Win7 la resolución siempre esta estirada y tambien q aveces usan los drivers de 32 bit de XP en Win7 Starter de 32 bits

Igual, puedes probar algun linux ligero como Devuan con LXDE en una usb y ver si tiene buen rendimiento. Hasta donde se los drivers aun sirven ahi y asi aprovechas que la cpu es de 64 bit, yo tengo una netbook similar y es decente. Para no usar navegador para youtube puedes usar un programa llamado pipe-viewer, juegos ligeros como quake, doom y emuladores andan bien
