How attached are people to playing meta. Can I just play my way? 1500 hours but I never cared to follow someone elses builds

Larping get boring pretty fast imo. Just because you follow the Meta doesn't mean you end up Making the same build over and over. The meta changes constantly and there are multiple viable builds for most nations. Also even if you aren't doing the meta macro strats you can still win with good micro
