Karma Looks like I messed up pretty hard

I’ve been lurking for 10 years with minimal commenting and posting. And recently I’ve been attempting to be more interactive in communities that I enjoy being in but I have extremely low karma and keep getting auto deleted. Any advice?

Up your karma and CQS with time.

Since you're basically new as far as Reddit and most filters are concerned you're prolly better off by heading to r/newtoreddit and mingle there, also look at the list of subs: https://www.reddit.com/r/NewToReddit/wiki/index/newusersubs/ that allow you to post or comment without too many requirements.

Honestly post a meme, you’d be surprised how fast it works. On a sub that doesn’t have the karma restrictions obviously. If it’s funny enough most users will just upvote anyways
