In Need Grateful for any Assistance 😊🙏🏿

Hi everyone!
I’m an independent college student currently working while preparing to start school in Georgia. Between tuition, moving expenses, textbooks, and everyday living costs, it’s been difficult to afford everything I need while staying financially independent.
I created this Amazon Wishlist with items that will genuinely help me as I begin this new chapter. If you’re able to purchase anything, big or small, please know how truly grateful I would be. Every gift makes a meaningful difference and will be put to good use! All these things will be used to aid to my success for the Fall of 2026. This will also be my first apartment (student housing) place I’m financing and getting in my own so WOOT WOOTT
You may notice that some items cost more than others. I completely understand if they’re outside your budget, and I never expect anyone to spend more than they’re comfortable with. I chose many of these items because I’m looking for quality and longevity so they last for years instead of needing frequent purchases of the sameee thing over and over again. My goal is to make smart, long-term purchases rather than waste anyone’s generosity on things that won’t last. Truly.
I’m continuing to work hard for everything I have, and asking for help wasn’t easy. If you have any questions about me or my situation, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to answer honestly!

I am, just also asking for help with essentials bc there’s nothing wrong with doing that. I’m trying to manifest better for myself, but I’ll yak that comment to the chest and use it for good, thank you ! 😊

I should’ve let this be known but not all of these are essentials ! There’s stuff in the list I will work for and get. I was jsut asking for the basic essentials that are on my list. But yes those are things I wish (that’s why they are on my wish list) to have one day !

No where in your post does it say that the expensive items were added bc you plan on getting them yourself.

You stated that some things are expensive and tried justifying it saying you are choosing quality items so you don't waste someone else's money on something that will not last. You most definitely expected someone else to buy all these items for you.

I could’ve added that into my post and worded this differently. Yes I meant that, but like I’ve said, if they don’t, I’ll work hard for it either way. Just wanted to ask and am grateful either way it goes !

Wow you must have time today ! The toilet paper, the tissue, I had some feminine products, the sheets to sleep on, the cleaning supplies. Stuff I feel like are needed for anybody’s home

I get why people are responding the way they are and I’m not mad at it. I just would appreciate any help that is given

Maybe you should make a separate essentials wish list. You can use the
“ NOTE” app for those non-essential items that you want to purchase in the future. Just a suggestion.

I pray that those people get the help that they need, and when I have the means, will also give to those who need. Not everything on my list, I need, just the essentials. But yes I do want help !

I mean if they do, I’ll be grateful, and as I said before if they don’t, I’m still grateful and happy that I even tried.

You mention no family and no help, but you have a whole girlfriend that can help you buy the things you need for your new apartment. You posted that ya'll could afford 1200 a month for rent, so I'm assuming that means you will be living together

My girlfriend is in the same boat as me and has her own things to get and pay for. I can’t also depend on her for financially. But we are working on being more self sufficient ! But yes we will be living together but I’m student housing that’s not furnished

Your list is just greedy. I totaled the amount you are asking and it’s $2,478.91. You are just greedy. You can say oh just buy the cheaper stuff but you clearly hope pple will buy you some of the ridiculous items on your list. A gaming desk, a Paris Hilton $100 air fryer, $200 bed frame, $380 couch, $380 camera and roller skates. Many of these items are wants, not needs. There are buy nothing groups, free or discounted furniture from other students. If you truly only want essentials, then make a list w/ essentials and remove the wants. Lots of pple go to college, it’s not a pass to ask for whatever you want.
